Registration Process

1. Create or log in to your Clubee account
  Provide:
    - Email address, First name, Last name, Password
  ⚠️ Existing members: Please use the same email address as last season to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

2. Complete the member registration form (member profile)
Fill in all required and optional fields.
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been submitted.

3. Pay the membership fee
Please choose one of the following membership options:
  - Regular membership (membership fee + FLE licence): €500
  - Second family member (membership fee + FLE licence): €450
  - Third family member (membership fee + FLE licence): €400
  - University student (studying in Luxembourg or abroad, membership fee + FLE licence): €250

An invoice will be sent to you after you complete the registration form.

4. Attend your first training session
Training groups and schedules are preliminary and may be adjusted depending on the number of registrations.

Advanced group (3 sessions per week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
- 17:00–18:30 – Under 15 years 19:00–21:00 – 15 years and older, including adults
- For beg

Young Beginners (2 sessions per week – Tuesday & Thursday)
For children who have never practised fencing before.
- 15:00–16:30 – U09 & U11

The first training session of the 2026/2027 season will take place on Monday, 14 September 2026 at:
Centre National d'Escrime 90, rue Ermesinde L-1469 Luxembourg

5. Complete the mandatory contrôle médico-sportif

Clubee accounts are individual user accounts. Each account can be linked to one or more member profiles and allows access to the information stored in those profiles.
